Eoin Murphy

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor, and pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.  My purpose is to provide you with a safe, confidential place wherein you can safely talk about the losses, stresses, confusion, conflicts, and other pain in your life. My role is to listen, support and at times help you with theoretical insight to either change what is possible or to live more contentedly and creatively with that which is not. I neither judge nor condone your thoughts/feelings/behaviour.

 

I work with adults, from a person-centred / integrative and collaborative approach. Breathwork, meditation and soma-based work also at times, form part of my approach and I understand how these actionable methods can benefit clients. I believe all clients have the answers to their questions within themselves and seek to guide them to their own inner clarity. 

 

My time spent over 20 years working in the Insurance industry in specialist crisis management and people management roles and have given me insights into the world of business. Through this experience, I have a wide knowledge of the working life in Ireland and the issues surrounding work life balance in these busy times.
