Biography

Elaine has a strong background in the education sector working with adolescents, young people and adults  in a student counselling domain. 

She has devoted several years to working with an Irish charity mental health service and is currently working with clients in a private practice setting.

Elaine adopts a person-centered and integrative approach, recognizing the paramount importance of the therapeutic relationship while utilising a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Her compassionate and warm demeanour establishes a secure, confidential space, enabling active listening and offering support as clients navigate life's diverse challenges.
