Biography

I’m here to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and begin to heal. Whether you are facing trauma-related issues, struggling with anxiety and depression or going through relationship difficulties, my goal is to meet you where you are with empathy and understanding. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back and help you move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic and psychodynamic traditions, focusing on understanding subconscious patterns that shape our lives. By identifying and addressing these patterns, we can uncover what may be holding you back from living a more fulfilling life. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation, and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my work, ensuring a holistic and personalised approach to your well-being.

I have a particular interest in trauma-informed care, with experience supporting clients who have faced various forms of trauma, including sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, as well as complex post-traumatic stress. My personal experience with trauma enables me to approach this work with deep empathy and understanding, helping clients feel seen and supported as they navigate their own healing journeys.
If you are seeking a therapist who combines warmth, empathy, and a gentle but effective approach to challenging limiting beliefs, I would be honoured to support you. Together, we can create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
